Campaign Story

Hello everyone! We are excited to start this journey! We are parents of 2 beautiful children, however; we are wanting one more you know to break the tie!

One more set of 10 tiny toes and fingers, one more round of goos and baby babble.

My name is Samantha, I was 19 when I had my son with his father so we are a blended family! My son is now 11 and his sister is now 8 years old and they are just so full of FUN! We are absolutely blessed to have these two in our lives! My husband is Collin. Collin and I got married in 2018 on a cool October day, it was perfect and we couldn’t have been more happy.

We have been discussing for months if we wanted one more child or not. This discussion was a little tricky due to my tubes being tied. we had three options, tubal reversal, IVF or adoption. Once we started looking at the odds with IVF and the tubal reversal it was obvious  of what one would be the best. The tubal reversal provided us with an 60-80 % success rate with in the first year of getting it done to get pregnant which was way more than the 1st round of IVF.

We also did not want to spend years praying that the IVF would work, and we want to use a little chemicals as possible. We have connected with CNY Fertility out of Syracuse, New York; the doctor there has several years of expertise under his belt and so we are very very hopeful.

Which brings us to the fundraiser. we are looking at a total of $7500.00. This will be surgery, meds and travel. we would be in New York for 1 week and the surgery would be done in one day. We are asking for some help off setting costs a little bit on this.

We understand if you can not assist but please share and maybe someone you know can assist.

We appreciate everything you all do.

Thank you

The Volker’s.
